Now is 12days after hair transplant .can i apply olive oil or castor oil now? And is this surgery successful as these photos ?

Removing transplanted hairs may leave scarring.  You must weigh out the risks versus its benefits.   Each case is different so consult with your doctor.

PCOS will not affect eyebrow hair growth or surgery.  Taking spironolactone will not affect eyebrow hair growth or surgery.  Simple answer to your question is: yes.

If you are looking for a second or third opinion on if you would be a candidate for surgery it would be best to see a doctor in person. Photos cannot assess your donor hair.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Saline spray is not necessary but some doctors may recommend it.

If you see actual grafts falling out then it will not grow for obvious reasons.  If you believe you are losing grafts it is best to see your doctor for a check.

Wearing tight head bands for long time and repetitive touching of recipient area is probably not a good idea.  You need to check with your doctor if you are having issues.
