Hair Transplant using hair dryer/hot air 10 days post op damage grafts?

There should be no issues with combing your hair or blow drying your hair 10 days after surgery.  Hot air setting should be fine unless it is so hot it burns your skin.

hit the 10 day post op mark, grafts are permanent and secure.  Using hair products and blow drying as you did before will not cause damage to your
transplanted hair.  However it would
still be wise to avoid exposure of grafted areas to higher levels of heat from
a close range.  It’s safer to use mild
temperatures.

By ten days, the grafts should be sufficiently healed to withstand a hair drier.  However, you should always check with your surgeon for his/her personal preferences.
