It is normal to lose transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.

The grafts will be slightly raised in the first one to two weeks after the procedure and you must be patient to allow the shedding and regrowth to occur.

At 25 days most of your grafts should be falling out, this is normal and they'll start regrowing over the next several months. Follow up with your surgeon if you have questions specific to your results, as they know your case best.
