I had done transplant of crown portion now after 25 day before the area is too much clear and only few hair are thir so Is this problem or normal condition?

The grafts will be slightly raised in the first one to two weeks after the procedure and you must be patient to allow the shedding and regrowth to occur.

Answer: Growth at 1 Month At 25 days most of your grafts should be falling out, this is normal and they'll start regrowing over the next several months. Follow up with your surgeon if you have questions specific to your results, as they know your case best.
