After 25 days after transplant, what is this condition? (Photos)

I had done transplant of crown portion now after 25 day before the area is too much clear and only few hair are thir so Is this problem or normal condition?

It is normal to lose transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.

Thank you for your question. It would be helpful to learn more about your process so for the best advice you should discuss with your board certified facial plastic surgeon and hair specialist. The grafts will be slightly raised in the first one to two weeks after the procedure and you must be patient to allow the shedding and regrowth to occur.

At 25 days most of your grafts should be falling out, this is normal and they'll start regrowing over the next several months. Follow up with your surgeon if you have questions specific to your results, as they know your case best.

At 25 days most of the transplanted hairs have likely shed and fallen out. This is normal.Shedding of the transplanted hair is perfectly normal after a hair transplant procedure and will occur anywhere from weeks 2 to 6 post op.
