Lots of people have tattoos nowadays, they are not affected by liposuction. Excisional surgery will remove part of it, i.e. tattoo in lower abdomen if patient has a tummy tuck.

Having tattoos typically does not cause any problems at all in regards to having liposuction. In certain cases were massive amounts of fat I removed from very obese people the contour of the body can change and this could potentially have an impact on the overall image because of skin shifts like skin folds etc.

On most normal people tattoos are a non-issue for liposuction including the BBL procedure.
