One thigh has a hard lump of fat - feels slightly different to the other cellulite on my leg. I have had this when I am 10kg lower than I am now and I am within a healthy weight range for my height and do plenty exercise. I'd like to know what treatments are best here

Answer: Hard lump of fat It sounds like you may have a lipoma which is a benign fat tumor. These may grow on their own, with weight gain but typically do not shrink with weight loss. The correct treatment is direct surgical excision. I suggest having a few in person consultations to get a more accurate assessment. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Answer: BBL candidate Hello, Thank you for sharing the information, it is a pleasure for me to answer your question. Definitely the most appropriate is to start (tummy tuck, liposuction and BBL can also be included), you are a candidate perfect, for the procedure, with this you can eliminate all localized fat and flaccidity, you will get the best results and have a defined appearance according to your body. everything depends on your BMI, if it is within the normal range, above 35 it can generate risks. It is advisable to consult with a certified plastic surgeon, for a good evaluation, to provide you with all the information you need to know about the appropriate recommendations, so that you can achieve the desired goals in your body. I hope this answer will help you My best wishes for you...
