Taking phentermine before and after your BBL, TT, and lipo is something you need to clear with your plastic surgeon. Be sure to discuss all medications you are taking with your board certified plastic surgeon as you may need to stop the pills and shot weeks before the surgery.

every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Last minute weight drop prior to surgery is not recommended as it can throw off a healthy nutritional status. Phentermine should ideally be stopped at least 2 weeks prior to surgery as it can increase your heart rate. I am not sure what Lipotropic is? B-12 injection?
