Almost ready for my Lipo, TT & BBL. Is it OK if I am taking Phentermine pills and a shot of lipotropic?

I'm having my surgery in April. I'm getting ready for lipo,TT &BBL I need to lose about 10 pounds before my surgery. I'm doing everything I can. I'm eating healthy and exercising but I'm also taking Phentermine pills and a shot of lipotropic. Are those pills and shots are going to affect me in any way ?
