I'm in my 20s and I've had marionette lines since I was a kid. If you look up close, you can see that there is excess skin that kind of folds causing a shadow. It's not a wrinkle though because it's not a crease in the actual skin. It's more like a "hollow" caused by a lack of fat in the area. I hope that makes sense. I know fillers can help but I want a permanent solution. What can I do? What about ultherapy on my mouth corners to tighten the skin and fat transfer afterward to fill it out?
