I am planning on both of these procedures at some point. But I just wanted to know if it was okay to have both of these procedures performed at once, to, you know, kill two birds with one stone. Also, very roughly, what are the costs of these produces when combined? I want to know how large an amount I am looking at.

The bulbous tip is caused by wide and divergent lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. A combination of suture techniques and conservative cartilage removal usually required to refine and narrow the bulbous tip. For many examples and our price list, please see link below

Your postop swelling should be commensurate with the aggressiveness of the procedure. Decreased swelling occurs with closed procedures and tip only procedures. If you had osteotomies and large dorsal hump resections, the swelling typically is more significant.
