Is it okay to have a rhinoplasty and a double eyelid surgery at the same time?

I am planning on both of these procedures at some point. But I just wanted to know if it was okay to have both of these procedures performed at once, to, you know, kill two birds with one stone. Also, very roughly, what are the costs of these produces when combined? I want to know how large an amount I am looking at.
