Hi jas_986,Since the photos does not clearly show your nose profile, and since we do not have a complete history, we cannot give a definite assessment for your nose, however, I am quite certain that the "hole" in your septum has nothing to do with the changes in the physical profile of your nose.

My first question is whether or not you've had previous surgery. It does appear wide and slightly asymmetrical but it is rare for a nose to change shape in a younger person like yourself.
