One side of my nose has lost its shape and is drooping...I also have developed a diagonal raised bit on my nose which is making it appear disfigured but I think that is also from where the right side has started to droop. I have a hole in my septum but I don't think its big enough to cause such a change but I could be wrong. I feel pressure in my nose as well. What could be causing this? And can it be fixed? The right nostril feels very flimsy in comparison the the left.
