3 days after rhinoplasty. Is it normal not to have that much bruising and swelling?

Unfortunately the only way to safely and permanent remove the hump on your nose is with rhinoplasty.  Pressing on the hump will not achieve the desired effect.  

I need to examine your nose to give you a valid accurate answer. Otherwise, I would be guessing. See a rhinoplasty surgeon for an evaluation.

Dear SachinsinghIt seems like you have nasal obstruction, either from turbinate hypertrophy or septal deviation. You would benefit from an examination to determine the cause of your obstruction. Then an appropriate treatment plan can be formulated.

Maybe. One of our goals in rhinoplasty is to achieve harmonious dorsal aesthetic lines that are just minimally concave. In order to achieve that in your nose, the surgeon may have to use multiple tecniques the adjust the nasal width at the upper third, middle third, and lower third. Hope that helps.

Yes, you have a significant nasal deviation. A rhinoplasty will not only make your nose straight, it will probably improve the way your breathe significantly. Good luck.
