I get my cast of Thursday and I had the procedure done on Friday, I didn't start to see any bruising or swelling until yesterday but its very minimal, and it doesn't hurt at all, I have looked at other pictures of rhinoplasty patients and it looks like there is alot more bruising and swelling for them. Is it normal to not have that much? And will it make it better for when I actually get my cash off?

Hi jas_986,Since the photos does not clearly show your nose profile, and since we do not have a complete history, we cannot give a definite assessment for your nose, however, I am quite certain that the "hole" in your septum has nothing to do with the changes in the physical profile of your nose.
