Unfortunately the only way to safely and permanent remove the hump on your nose is with rhinoplasty. Pressing on the hump will not achieve the desired effect.
Massaging your nose will certainly NOT make your hump go down. On the contrary it may inflamme the tissues and make the hump bigger. If you want to take the hump down, talk to a rhinoplasty surgeon about having a nose job. Good luck.
I do a lot of noses in my community. Pressure does not work. It is not uncommon to mismatch the take down of the bony part versus the supratip area. This is the most difficult part of the surgery. You can verify this from your profile. Your surgeon thought he/she had a satisfactory matchup only to find the mismatch postop because of the way your body healed. Fortunately, the correction is relative easy and lost less expensive and debilitating. You can tell him/her what you would like higher or lower on your profile view. Your surgeon sounds very capable.
Unfortunately pressure will not change the shape of your nasal bones. If that was possible we never would do surgery.
I need to examine your nose to give you a valid accurate answer. Otherwise, I would be guessing. See a rhinoplasty surgeon for an evaluation.

Maybe. One of our goals in rhinoplasty is to achieve harmonious dorsal aesthetic lines that are just minimally concave. In order to achieve that in your nose, the surgeon may have to use multiple tecniques the adjust the nasal width at the upper third, middle third, and lower third. Hope that helps.
Yes, you have a significant nasal deviation. A rhinoplasty will not only make your nose straight, it will probably improve the way your breathe significantly. Good luck.
Cadaver rib graft is extensively processed to make it inert and sterile. It would be highly unlikely for anyone to get an infection from these products.
