Is Rhinoplasty okay after being off of Accutane for 3 months?

I know it is recommended to wait at least 6 months after acutane treatment to get a rhino done. I have read some say wait 1 month and some don't wait at all. I am 3 months post treatment. My skin is not oily but my scalp has been oily again for about a month. Does this mean my skin is back to normal? Am ok to get a rhino? I am 5 days away from surgery and have already paid for bloodwork and physicals. I would hate for the money to be thrown away due to rescheduling surgery for 3 more months.

I do not think massage will help with the swelling on a long term basis. I think that time will be the greatest factor to see the swelling go down.
