I had what should have been minor rhinoplasty in 7 months ago but I'm having nasal valve collapse on both side ( much worse on one side ) also the tip is over projected , breathing issues from the valve collapse ( left very little space to breathe )The whole situation has been very embarrassing/ depressing. I have seen a few doctors in the LA area, one of them said it was fine to do a revision 6 months in but it seemed like I was just being sold.

Usually we think about waiting a full year for a revision, because then we really really know what to correct, *and by how much*. That time can often be cheated by a month or two without any harm. Six months is probably a bit short.Be sure to read the section in the "Learn more" link on how to stay out of trouble while searching for a rhinoplasty surgeon, and how to tell whether your previous surgeon should be performing your revision. Rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. 
I usually make computer morphs when I'm answering questions like this, to show the changes that are possible for a nose with a rhinoplasty, but of course you didn't post any photos. There are a few things to look for in your revision specialist:1. Look at their before and after photos of revision rhinoplasty patients.  Find a nose similar to yours and look at the outcome2. See if they are a member of The Rhinoplasty Society; members need to perform a certain number of rhinoplasties each year to maintain membership.3. Have them perform a 3D simulation to ensure that they have the same "aesthetic" that you doRevisions are often recommended at 1 year, but breathing issues can prompt earlier attention if necessary.

is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty due to previous alterations to the normal anatomy, scar tissue formation, and now  Additional breathing issues.  Its important to wait at  least 1 year from the initial rhinoplasty before undergoing another rhinoplasty procedure.   Choose your second surgeon wisely based on extensive experience.

you have to find someone you feel comfortable with, honest and trustworthy. After the consult you should have a realistic expectations of the outcome. I have done many revision rhinoplasties with excellent results and there are other surgeons who are very good as well. I would wait closer to a year if possible. Best wishes
