What is the best way to add projection to a nose that was reprojected in rhinoplasty? Patient has thin skin.

How do you add projection to a nose in a patient with thin skin? What is the best way so that no grafts show? Is this possible? Will the nose also need to be lengthened? I know it depends on each patient, but what is the most common way.
