Is it normal to have incision on corner of outer eye separate somewhat after upper and lower blepharoplasty?

I had upper and lower Blepharoplasty 7 days ago and had the stitches removed today. The corners look like they separated and there is a gap between the incision. The doctor told me the stitches loosened possibly. Will this even out?
