My nostrils are too small to do an alar-base reduction, however what bothers me is my supra alar crease which is quite deep-looking and also very vertically long. What I want to achieve is to lower the crease to give my nose a less bulky appearance from the side. Could it be possible to remove some subcutaneous tissue to lower the supra alar crease? Would an alar batten graft reduce the vertical length of the alar and lower the supra alar crease? Thank you
