My nose was broken 2 years ago & I'm wondering if it's possible to rasp the sides of my bridge to reduce the uneven bumps (see arrows), without osteotomy. I don't want anything else done, I can live with the other imperfections (for now). I'd like to do this under local anesthesia. I'm asking if this can be as simple as possible for financial reasons. I currently can't afford a full blown nose job but need it done. I understand it's easier to tell in person I'm just wondering if it's possible. Thanks.
