I'm a 36 y/o female. Never had any type of procedures done on my face. I would like a smaller, rounder, just prettier nose.

Your surgeon can accomplish this by trim, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts can also be performed to improve the symmetry of the nostrils.
