Hello and thank you for your question and photographs.  You would be an excellent candidate for a tip narrowing and refining rhinoplasty.  Your surgeon can accomplish this by trim, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose.  Cartilage grafts can also be performed to improve the symmetry of the nostrils.  With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.Best wishes and good luck.

 A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing and refining  the bulbous tip. To accomplish this, suture techniques and  A conservative cartilage removal are applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. The columella can also be straightened with a columella-plasty. Rhinoplasty is a difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience

The areas that you described and would like
improved can be addressed with a subtle natural appearing rhinoplasty performed
by an expert artistic plastic surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience. Whether
the optimal option in your particular situation would be a tip rhinoplasty
alone or a full rhinoplasty would best be determined at a consultation. Either
procedure can be performed with a closed or open approach.

Keep in mind, that following the advice

based on limited 2 dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling
