In addition to ptosis correction, would I benefit from a canthoplasty or brow lift to get a more elongated/exotic eye?

I know I have ptosis in my left eye (picture right). I was born that way and though it's mild it's enough for me to notice it and want it corrected. Aesthetically, I like my eyes for the most part but I'd love a more elongated and exotic look like Miks Kunis's eyes (second picture I put). I know I will get a ptosis correction, but in addition to that would I benefit more from a canthoplasty or a brow lift to get that elongated look I want?

Eye shape is determine by set of complex structures. Change is possible but there are limitations and risks. Best to have personal evaluation to determine realistic plans.

From the pictures it looks like you are a candidate of sub-brow lifting and canthoplasty procedure. Once you will have the ptosis correction the eyelid will get slightly upper, so you would need an in-office consultation to see if cathoplasty is recommended or not. But we advise you to have the brow lifting procedure together with the ptosis correction.
