Hi. I have hooded eyelids and they are getting worse the older i get. I've always wanted that 'cat eye' look. What procedure would be best for that look? I also have tattoos around my eyes and on my face so im guessing these would be affected. Here are pictures of my own eyes, and a picture of what my dream look would be. thanks!

Thank you for your question and photos! Depending on the degree and longevity of results you are looking for from a procedure, you have both surgical and non-surgical options. I recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon that is willing to discuss all your options available...
You are definitely thinking like I would... the canthopexy could do it and I would for sure start there. I don't think injections would solve that issue however you can always try it. I would avoid canthoplasty unless you have eyelid laxity. Best Wishes!!
Temple lift will not lift the lower eyelid or canthus; it will only lift the brows. Canthoplasty with or without lower eyelid surgery can lift the lower eyelids and canthus. There are definitely risks and limitations to each procedure. Need evaluation and discussion in consultation.
