Too much white shows in my eyes. I had a lateral epicanthoplasty and a medial epicanthoplasty but my eyes still seem too vertically long. I didn't see any difference when the doctor did the epicanthoplasty so I'm not sure if he even did it. I didn't even see stitches at the bottom which I presume are required.

You are definitely thinking like I would... the canthopexy could do it and I would for sure start there. I don't think injections would solve that issue however you can always try it. I would avoid canthoplasty unless you have eyelid laxity. Best Wishes!!
Temple lift will not lift the lower eyelid or canthus; it will only lift the brows. Canthoplasty with or without lower eyelid surgery can lift the lower eyelids and canthus. There are definitely risks and limitations to each procedure. Need evaluation and discussion in consultation.
Changing eye shape is complex. Not sure if you need surgery but best to have personal evaluation to determine what is bothering you and what can be improved.
