Is there any way to make my eyes more exotic looking or almond shaped? (Photos)

Question

Too much white shows in my eyes. I had a lateral epicanthoplasty and a medial epicanthoplasty but my eyes still seem too vertically long. I didn't see any difference when the doctor did the epicanthoplasty so I'm not sure if he even did it. I didn't even see stitches at the bottom which I presume are required.

In order to elevate the lower eyelids, usually lower eyelid retraction surgery is needed but best to have personal evaluation to determine risks and realistic goals.
