I think my eyelids are very droopy and make me look tired and I also think I have a slight negative canthal tilt. Could this be corrected with canthoplasty/ almond surgery? Or would possibly Botox or Dysport be the better way to go? I don't want to make my eyes look asymmetrical which I heard could be a possible side effect from doing canthoplasty.

Temple lift will not lift the lower eyelid or canthus; it will only lift the brows. Canthoplasty with or without lower eyelid surgery can lift the lower eyelids and canthus. There are definitely risks and limitations to each procedure. Need evaluation and discussion in consultation.
