What procedures would you recommend to improve my aesthetic after en bloc? Peri-areolar lift? Fat transfer?

Hello, I am 5 weeks post enblock explant. I know I need to wait at least 3 months but would like to start hearing some ideas as to what I can do to improve my aesthetic. I do not wish to increase size, I would only like to fix the deformity, and achieve symmetry. Am I a good candidate for a peri- areolar lift on the left side only? Fat transfer? I am not interested in reinserting breast implants. Thank you for your time!

All patients are not equal; Some have rock thick capsule that require almost chiseling off the chest wall, others do not. Some have younger tissues which make the dissection easier, others do not. If the implant has leaked the surgeon may need to remove silicone gel during the procedure. It all...

It sound like you should have the capsule removed as much as possible.  Your pain symptoms may be related, but there has bee no scientific evidence in the literature to support malaise,vision loss, etc. with implants.
