What is the procedure done for callus removal after a rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty about 5 months ago. I had a closed rhinoplasty and originally only wanted to reshape the tip of my nose to make it look more feminine, as it was too wide for my liking. I ended up deciding to also make the bridge a bit more narrow. Since removing the bandages, I noticed a small bump and it seems to have only gotten bigger. It feels hard like bone. I've read that it could be a callus. If that's the case, what is the procedure done to get it removed?

Dear loriIt often takes 1 year for sensation to reach a stable point post rhinoplasty. It can take longer. pain and burning inside might also be secondary to other issues, often turbinate related. is it persists, see an ent for consultation.

Hi, from the attached photos a closed Rhinoplasty would be able to reduce the dorsal bump and thin the nasal tip.  Costs for Rhinoplasty depend on the experience and reputation of the Rhinoplasty Surgeon but would range between $7,500 to $10,000.  Hope this helps.
