 I assume this is over the bone on the bridge of the nose. If so it may go down over the next five or six months but otherwise you would need a revision to file the bump down.

The small bump seems to be over your nasal bones, just above where the bone meets the cartilage.  There might have been a small piece of bone left behind from the procedure to narrow the bones that make up the bridge.  If it was just scar tissue (unlikely) or a small piece of cartilage (also unlikely), perhaps some focused steroid injection would improve it.  More likely, it's bone and will not go away on its own.  A revision rhinoplasty would be necessary, but unlike most revision rhinoplasties would be pretty straightforward, just dissecting to the bump and rasping it down.
