I feel my face has hallowed, my nose has changed (it used to be perky and it seems to my the tip has a lowered appearance now). My hairline has changed dramatically (only a wig or hair implants can probably help that) but I also feel I might need a forehead lift?? I'm guessing nose job, fillers, forehead lift, slight lip augmentation. What are your thoughts?? Maybe even something done my chin? Any advice on what might make me look more feminine.
Answer: Rhinoplasty What you want done is completely up to you.I say a Rhinoplasty which typically starts at $5,500 depending on the area you live. To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. Rhinoplasty are permanent, but with age facial features do change. Find a surgeon and go for a consult, I think you would be very happy after the surgery

Answer: Loosing my look There are a number of minimally invasive or non invasive procedures to help rejuvenate as one ages. Injectables such as sculptra, volume, radiesse, and others will add bad volume and help shape the slender face. Looking at your photos, your brow position seems about right, so elevating may give you a surprised look. Frontal hair line restoration can be performed with options such as neograft, and skin tightening can be achieved with devices like infini or ultherapy.Surgical treatment might include a mini lift and rhinoplasty.Recommend a consult to evaluate and discuss in person

Answer: Feminine look Hi there,Thank you for sharing your questions and concerns. It really depends on what area is bothering you the most. I think I notice the most the upper hairline. You do have great hair and good skin. Lowering the hairline could help if that is something that bother you. You can get 1 to 1.5 cm lowering and notice a dramatic difference. If you want a larger change it would require serial expansions but it can be done. Fillers can really add volume to the right parts of the face and make you look rested and feminine. The lips can be done conservatively and still improve your look. You could talk to a rhinoplasty surgeon about your nose if that is bothering you. But in this photo I think I like your nose and chin.Hope this helpsYou are beautiful and small changes can help you highlight your natural beauty!Good luck

Answer: Facial ageing Most of what worries you is due to volume loss. Facial fillers would probably give you a significant improvement. As for your nose, again it seems to be an issue of lack of volume (not perky anymore, you describe it). You may want to consider a non-surgical rhinoplasty with fillers, rather than having a surgical procedure that may not address your main concern.
