I feel that as I age I am losing my feminine look. What can I do to achieve a more feminine look?

Hi there,Thank you for sharing your questions and concerns.It really depends on what area is bothering you the most. I think I notice the most the upper hairline. You do have great hair and good skin. Lowering the hairline could help if that is something that bother you. You can get 1 to 1.5 cm lowering and notice a dramatic difference. If you want a larger change it would require serial expansions but it can be done.  Fillers can really add volume to  the right parts of the face and make you look rested and feminine. The lips can be done conservatively and still improve your look.You could talk to a rhinoplasty surgeon about your nose if that is bothering you. You will need to see a board certified plastic surgeon with specialty on facial rejuvenation to discuss options including surgical and non-surgical.  

Most of what worries you is due to volume loss. Facial fillers would probably give you a significant improvement. As for your nose, again it seems to be an issue of lack of volume (not perky anymore, you describe it). You may want to consider a non-surgical rhinoplasty with fillers, rather than having a surgical procedure that may not address your main concern.

 A full set of facial photographs are required before making a determination about what needs to be performed, since the face  and the nose are three-dimensional structures. Hollow cheeks are treated with temporary fillers, or permanent cheek implants. A rhinoplasty procedure can address lifting the tip, narrowing the bridge and narrowing of the tip.

You are lovely and have beautiful facial features to work with. Adding volume to the cheeks, tear and tear troughs and midface would make significant improvements and I would start there.

You are describing volume loss in the face that happens as you age..... Also it is Not unusual for the tip of your nose to start to sag as you age also. Putting volume back in your face with either fillers or fat will do wonders and after a in person consult may want to consider a tip rhinoplasty. Good luck!

Hi, based on the attached photos your face appears somewhat elongated.  This typically occurs when the front portion, of the cheeks, are flat and the facial tissues/fat move toward the nose and mouth.  Cheek augmentation with cheek implants combined with facial liposuction to further shape the cheeks will creat full, round cheeks in the front thereby feminizing the entire face.  The lips are a bit thin and can be augmented with a dermal filler (Restylane, Juvederm) to furthjer soften and feminize the face.  Hope this helps.
