I had orbicularis oris muscle loosened, and it made my philtrum column greater after rhinoplasty. What can I do? (Photo)

You need to talk to your surgeon to get more support. Ask for the operation records. This may help you. You need to wait 6-12 months for the swelling to reduce and the internal scars to settle before making a final judgement. A wide philtrum is usually due to swelling rather than an issue with orbicularis. Try gentle massage with moisturising cream to soften the nose. All the issues you mention can be revised and corrected if needed. However they may resolve over time. 

When work is done on the very end of the septum where it inserts into the nasal spine I can see how that muscle could loosen.  I have never actually heard this described as an effect of rhinoplasty.  However that should go back to normal over time.  Can you let us know how long it has been since your rhinoplasty?  That is critical in understanding what to advise you. Best Wishes!!

without knowing how long ago you surgery was, it is hard to give meaningful input. IF...it has been over at least 3-4 months it looks as if MAYBE your nasal bones were not narrowed to match the other changes. The depressor nasii muscle can be injured/avulsed during rhinoplasty but more times than not this does not present a long term problem.
