I had orbicularis oris muscle loosened, and it made my philtrum column greater after rhinoplasty. What can I do? (Photo)

hello, due to my surgeon dont answer my questions,i dont know what exactly happened under my surgery, but i am unhappy with the result.Now my nose is wide in the mid part-dorsum+assymetric,+my right alar crease is seats higher and my ala is bumpy,also i had hump removal, and got spreader graft,also which really make me different looking person is my philtrum column is greater now,he did end of septum subluxation, wonder this can cause the orbicularis oris loosen?can u tell pls?thanks you
