Hi Im a 27 yr old male. I have never had plastic surgery before. I have a complex for my upturned nose and have always wanted it a little longer and with a lower angle. Can it be possible to inject something in the tip of the nose? I would also like to reduce the fat on lower cheecks and maybe add fat to upper cheeks in order to get a more defined face. I have read about fat pad reduction of the cheeks. Do you think that could help my case? And transplant fat to upper cheekbones?

An upturned nose can be improved with a rhinoplasty.  Photographic imaging can help determine the aesthetic goals and then structural support to the nose can help lengthen (move the nose downwards or counter rotate) the nose so that it is in a more favorable position.  An experienced rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty surgeon will be familiar with techniques to adjust length and positon of the nasal tip.

While it is difficult to lengthen a nose, it can be done, but typically only to a very small degree. Fat removal/transfer can be an effective way to alter facial proportions depending on your exact goals.
