Post revision rhinoplasty would a little touch up and fascia (alone) transplant to radix ruin my revision result in anyway?

Withoit pictures and some knowledge of what was done, it is impossible to answer your question.  Start with current pics, how long after a revision rhino you are, what was done...all of these questions are pertinent to addressing your question
