Is it possible to shorten the vertical length of my nose and increase the space between upper lip and bottom of nose? (Photos)

Jake2121
I have gone to 2 surgeons my primary one who did caudal septum trim 3 months ago2mm —(It didn’t shorten my length) my primary columella strut was done 1 year ago. I want to bring down the alar rims and shorten my nose. I went to 2nd surgeon 30 years experience and he blamed it on just having a short upper lip and didn’t wanna do what I wanted. I believe my caudal septum is longer then the average human vertical wise.I am arab. I want one more shot. Rhinoplasty can’t be done multiple times
