I had a primary rhino on Dec 11 (nose fractured), and revisions on Mar 26 (rasping, cartilage removal of some cartilage, sutured tip to lift). I am happy with these revisions, and especially love my raised tip. I no longer have any pain, and would like to hit the gym, but I don't want to mess up my nose! Honestly, my tip is what I am most worried about, as I believe it has dropped a bit recently. Will doing elliptical exercises ruin my tip? Should I do something to support it while I exercise?
