Felt a "snap" inside while bending over to put down a drink. (I guess I twisted weird?) I'm 4.5 week post- BA + lift. I'm out of town an wondering at what point, if at all, I should be concerned by this? I feel fine now (maybe, a bit tender there). Anything to be looking out for? Thanks in advance!

I agree with the previous answer, you should have the implant removed and allow your breast to heal without the extra tension that comes from a large implant.
