28, I do not plan to have children soon. Breast lift May 2017 (no implants) *I'm incredibly happy with the breast shape. Unhappy with nipple placement. May 2017- Revision to lower both nipples, by removing skin at the bottom of the inframammary fold. *My nipples, especially my left are still so high that they show even very modest sports bras that are not low cut. *The skin above my nipples is quite short in distance and very tight.

Answer: Nipple areolar position It seems like you already had inappropriate surgery to try to correct this problem. The situation itself is well-known to be difficult to correct. There may be other approaches to try to fix this, including tissue expanders, etc., but this can get very complicated and increase the risk of other problems.

Answer: What are my options for revision to lower my nipples? Unfortunately, your situation is generally very difficult to address. An examination would better help to determine if and what may be done to improve your situation. One possibility, again depending on the residual laxity of your tissues would be to reduce your breast size by removal of tissue lower down and removing an ellipse of skin and tissue near the bottom, allowing to rotate your nipple down to a more satisfactory position. This will also avoid a scar higher up.You should seek one or more second opinions from reputable board certified plastic surgeons and then make your decision accordingly.Steven Turkeltaub, MD
