Options to remove loose skin above the belly button?

It's difficult to make recommendations online based on the photos provide. So, I suggest you begin with an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgery to learn if you are a candidate for a surgical procedure. If deemed a candidate, you may benefit from a #drainless tummy tuck. Silicone #drainage tubes are used by trained Plastic Surgeons for many different operations.  The purpose is to drain extra fluid that may otherwise accumulate under the skin, fat or muscle following an operation.  Patients generally find this annoying and uncomfortable and they can impede mobility and therefore slow aspects of #healing. Over the years, surgeons have improved procedures and found ways to eliminate the need for these #drains in a variety of operations; including #tummy #tuck or #abdominoplasty.I have found that most of my patients do very well with the exception of those have large areas of liposuction or lipo-abdominoplasty.  I may use drains on a case by case basis for these patients. A newer option now can include the use of tissue #glue to adhere the abdominal #skin to the #muscle; eliminating any space that previously required a drain. It is possible to combine your tummy tuck and #hernia repair into one surgery. Many procedures can be combined during one surgery. Also, combining these #procedures may decrease anesthetics, costs, and recovery time.It is usually recommended that patients who have recently experienced weight loss and massive weight loss (#MWL), pregnancy included, to be consistent at their weight for at least six to twelve months prior any cosmetic surgery. Such will better ensure longer lasting results of the procedure without risking the fluctuation and stretching of the skin tissue. Weight gain and pregnancies following any cosmetic procedure may affect the long-term results. Hence, it may be best to postpone such until after your pregnancies if possible. 
Most importantly, your procedures should be performed by a #Plastic Surgeon who is board-certified and has a great deal of experience specializing in cosmetic #surgery. You will then greatly improve your chances of getting the result you desire, and, without the need for a revision surgery.

A significant amount of excess skin above the belly button makes most patients an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty.  The more the excess upper abdominal skin the lower you scar can be!The procedure also allows tightening of the abdominal muscle area, further improving your results.  Most patients can have a tummy tuck, even if you had a previous hernia repair.  Please visit a well-respected plastic surgeon for a consultation!Best wishes

Based on your photos, it looks as if a tummy tuck would address your issues. However, wait until you are finished having children before considering tummy tuck surgery. My best,

The picture shows some loose skin above and below the belly button, so there is probably enough laxity to justify a full tummy tuck. There are no really good options for addressing only the laxity in the belly button area. Wait until after childbearing though.

Thank you for the question. You appear to be an excellent candidate for tummy tuck surgery. This will excise the excess skin and repair the muscle separation and/or recurrent hernia. Due to either your previous pregnancies or hernia, the tissues of your abdomen have stretched enough so that its natural elasticity has been lost, preventing it from shrinking back to its prior level of tightness.  The only correction would be through a skin removal operation, such as a tummy tuck, but complete your family first before pursuing this type of corrective surgery.
