This most likely is related to a suture. Sometimes as a suture is dissolving it turns into a small fluid collection which acts more like a pimple rather than allowing the fluid to dissolve and dissipate. If this is the case, having your plastic surgeon remove the stitch should fix the problem. However, if this is related to a permanent stitch which does not dissolve, this may be more difficult. Sometimes non-dissolving stitches are used in the deeper layers to suture the muscle together. Removing one of these can be a bit more involved. The first step is to visit with a plastic surgeon to assess the situation in person. From your history and photos, it seems that you may have a localized infection that requires treatment. I recommend that you have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
