Dear jhene54At around 9 months after your surgery, you can consider having a revision. Some aspects of what you had done can be reversed. Your wisest option is to wait and if you still are unhappy at that time, see a plastic surgeon and use digital imaging to communicate what you want and understand what can be achieved safely.
Lengthening the nose is possible (relengthening in you case). Derotating the tip might help too, it would be part of lengthening in fact. Not sure adding the hump back would be possible or advisable but worth discussing in person.
It is important to wait at least 12 months, before getting another rhinoplasty. This time will allow the swelling to go away, the scar tissue will get soft and you can have a better idea about the final result. In case you would like to get you original nose shape, then discusss this with your surgeon, in specific how close to the original shape the nose can be, so you have realisitic expectations and you can be informed about the limitations for the procedure.
You need to wait a year before under going additional surgery which would require extensive cartilage grafting. An exact restoration would not be possible.
You need to wait a full 6 month to allow your swelling to completely resolve. A secondary rhinoplasty is an option.

It's difficult to replace the removed cartilage from the nasal dorsum creating the slight hump seen in the attached photos. You may want to speak to your Rhinoplasty Surgeon.
Dear jhene54, Unfortunately you will need to wait an entire year before undergoing revision rhinoplasty surgery. It is very important before undergoing surgery that the surgeon and the patient have a good understanding of what the desired results are. Imaging is very helpful in this area as it allows the patient to see the proposed changes and then comment on them prior to any surgery being performed. It is possible in performing ethnic rhinoplasty to leave part of the hump in the nose if requested allowing the patient a more refined nose however keeping with their desires and facial aesthetics.
