Dented sidewall. How should this dent be corrected? (Photo)

 Revision osteotomies are usually required to revise irregularities in the nasal bones after a primary rhinoplasty. Sometimes a cartilage graft may be also necessary to augment the depression.

To repair asidewall of the nose there are two options. The first involves breaking the bones of the nose and repositioning them in the proper position. The other method is to use an onlay  graft to build up the sidewall. This means using a piece of fascia or cartilage to fill in the dent. If there is nasal obstruction I suggest the rent waking of the bones as best. 

Dear Tholakele,how ow long ago was your rhinoplasty?on the picture provided the dent doesn't look bad, however after healing process accomplish if you still had concerns best option would be to rasp it if it is not too deep!
