On the pinched area the filler is not a good idea, as it does not give you support, only fills the dent, but what you need is some support on the ala, the filler will just make the tip wider without too much definition. It is better to get a secondary rhinoplasty to place some cartilage grafts in that area. The tip may get a little wider, but just where you need the support so it looks more defined. The cost it depends on where you get the surgery done. Consult in person with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Facial Plastic Surgeon.

In addition to the cosmetic problem you must have some breathing obstruction. I don't like fillers, especially the amount you would need, in the nasal tip; they will not improve nasal function.  Permanent correction can be achieved with cartilage grafts which will cost $4,ooo-6,000.
