I have pinched nostrils from my first rhinoplasty (done over 5 years ago). I like my nose except for the pinched nostrils, they can be pretty obvious in photos. I am looking for an affordable option for my budget to fix this problem. Can this be fixed with a filler? If surgery is required, then what is the recovery time and cost for such a procedure? Will this surgery end up making my nose wider?
