Can I lose the bridge of my nose? (Photo)

It is good to be cautious with secondary rhinoplasty.   You should be able to correct this deformity with secondary rhinoplasty but it is important to choose a skilled and experienced surgeon.

 Revision rhinoplasty is a difficult endeavor to perform correctly, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on experience. The glabella can be shaved down more than it currently is And the bridge line narrowed. Spreader grafts may be required in the midportion of the nose where its pinched.

The bridge is pinched and your tip is rounded, with no projection. The pinching may be valve collapse, or problems from the osteotomy. That can be determined during examination. If it's valve collapse, then spreader grafts are used, and the tip is projected and refined by multiple tip grafts, all harvested from your septum.

I will answer this without having the opportunity to examine you but I cannot imagine why the bridge cannot be lowered unless you have a severe septal perforation which you did not mention. If it will be helpful get a second opinion from a surgeon who specializes in revision work.

The photos are not very good and show other
problems as well. Certainly it is possible to lower the dorsum of your
nose a little more. Does the tip bother you? Does the mild collapse
of the left upper lateral cartilage bother you. Seek out more
consultations.
