I have a benign raised mole above my eyebrow. I would like to get it excised so the scar would run parallel to/above my eyebrow, but I worry that the stitching back together would pull my eyebrow upwards. However, if I get it excised vertically, I would not want a vertical scar and fear that this would distort my eyebrow even worse. What would be the preferred way to remove this mole with minimal scarring and distortion to the orientation of my eyebrow? Also, how much should I expect it to cost?

Suspicious moles on the soles of the foot are concerning and require at least a physical examination. A biopsy may be warranted. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
If you are concerned enough to write your letter, then the answer is to see a real live physician to check the mole. It's very hard to give you an opinion from your photograph.
I would suggest massaging the area. It may be that the doctor used a long acting anesthetic that can sometimes take 18 hours to resolve. If the numbness does not go away, call your surgeon. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
