I've had this mole(?) between my two toes for at least 10 years. No changes other than when it gets wet it gets flakey. I had a biopsy done as a precaution but with the holidays hearing anything back is taking forever! I did notice when I had to put polysporin on it after the biopsy it seemed to lighten a bit. It's never bled or gotten itchy. Never really grown.

If you are concerned enough to write your letter, then the answer is to see a real live physician to check the mole. It's very hard to give you an opinion from your photograph.
I would suggest massaging the area. It may be that the doctor used a long acting anesthetic that can sometimes take 18 hours to resolve. If the numbness does not go away, call your surgeon. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
Many thanks for your question. I would recommend you see a skin specialist, whether that be a plastic surgeon or dermatologist, for assessment in person. Your photos alone are not sufficient to offer you a definitive diagnosis. All the very best, Jonathan Adamthwaite
