I would say in most cases, it should not take more than a week or so but in some cases it could be longer.

Answer: Pathology results Usually it takes about 5-7 days for biopsy results to get back. It depends on what stains the pathologists makes, etc. The office where you had your biopsy should have the results soon, and I'm sure they will contact you with the findings.
