I'm a 26 years old male who had a very flat and droop midface.3 years ago i got a mid face cheek implant.I was never happy with it. It looks fake and way too big(xl). It makes me look fat. But I learned to live with it. fastforward to today. I really wanna Remove my implant but i am also scared of the saggy after the implant removal let alone my face was saggy to start with( genetic). So my question "is cheek implant removal and midface lift doable at the same time on a 26 years old?"

Answer: Mid-face lift and cheek implants In a younger patients the mid-cheek lift can be problematic. Most likely, you could benefit from some type of tissue augmentation, whether with structural fat grafting or temporary filler like a Juvederm product. Of course, only an in person evaluation can determine the best treatment approach. Seek out an experienced and talented plastic surgeon for a second opinion.

Answer: You have a personally complex situation. I think you need to be very careful what you do and with whom you do it. There can be no substitute for in person assessment. It is essential for any potential surgeon to approach you ethically and understand your personal goals rather than focus on what other procedures they can get you to do. Midface surgery is not a reliable surgery. It is done in many ways by many different surgeons with no reliable way of achieving a consistent and predicable result. I routinely remove cheek implants and perform a mid face lift through a method that I developed 20 years ago using a method that avoids most skin incisions.
