i had the face lifting on 7 April. but my face is still numb. i thought maximum 2 months will take a numbness but did not. How long that could take? Thanks.

Answer: Numbness May Linger a Year or More Numbness in the cheeks and areas undermined or lifted during surgery is entirely normal and predictable. Usually the area of numbness begins to shrink 2–3 months after surgery, but residual areas of numbness can take a year or more to totally resolve.

As the tissues heal, feeling should return, although this process can take from three to six months, sometimes longer. I recommend carefully following your operating surgeons recovery instructions, and contact his/her office should you have any further concerns.
