Did a microneedling with PRP help? All of the holes came back

Question

Hello, I did a microneedling with PRP last month. I do not have big holes - just tiny indentations from when I had a bit of acne when I was younger. After my microneedling with PRP all of the holes went away I was shocked! But after about a week literally every single hole came back! Is it normal that they all came back? Should I keep doing just regular microneedling and they will eventually go away completely or am I wasting my time? thank you!

One treatment is not going to cure these scars. A series of 4-6 will improve them. Swelling was the cause of the immediate positive results. Consider more aggressive therapy such as Infini if you want better results or TCA cross if these are ice pick scars.

Acne scars tend to be a bit of a journey seldom resolved in a single session. Likely will require 4 - 5 more sessions. Depending on skin type, you may be able to be more aggressive in your treatment plan and compress the number of treatments down. 
The good news is you appear to be located in a very competitive area  of California. Seek a 2nd and 3rd opinion and go with the treatment plan making the most sense that fits your budget.
