Microneedling:

This is a highly operator dependant procedure. The skills and knowledge of the provider are very important. Generally, the more aggressive the treatment, the better the results. The greater the aggressiveness, the greater the downtime. 

PRP:

Success with PRP relies on a few primary factors. 

1) Age of the patient. It is likely that the PRP will will be enhanced by being augmenting the PRP with things such as growth factors, extracellular matrix, peptides, exosomes or other regenerative medicine products which will penetrate the dermis with or without microneedling. 

I encourage all patients >50 years old to augment their PRP. Doing so will enhance the regenerative ability of the PRP to that of a mid 20 year old or better (this is not to say you will look 20 years old).

2) How the PRP is prepared. There are many PRP kits on the market. There are wide differences in the density of platelets, growth and other beneficial factors they are able to obtain.

3) Quantity of the the PRP.      

Stem Cells:

This is a multifactorial subject dependant upon the type of cell, source, composition and characteristics of material employed. Cells are typically much larger than what will readily pass into the dermis. Some may get forced into wounds caused by microneedling, but the percentage is rather small. Cells that remain on the surface of the skin provide very little to zero benefit.

The actual mixing of stem with PRP and then injection of stem cell/PRP material into the problem area generally provides the greatest efficacy.

Generally, the O-Shot does not hurt. Certified practitioners are well trained on how to avoid hurt and discomfort. That being said, no two people are the same and occasionally some individuals are more sensitive then the majority. Even then I would describe things not as a hurt, but a brief discomfort. 

The procedure does provide enough benefit that even if you are one of the few that experiences some brief discomfort, the reward is by far worth it.

You're in luck! It's only been in this last half decade when we are able to successfully and very safely treat not only the symptoms but root causes of your current condition and prevent additional symptoms that would otherwise follow.

The MonaLisa Touch procedure will alleviate your current issues. However, The longevity of the treatment or any like it and avoidance of additional symptoms will require hormone replacement therapy. I recommend that you seek out a Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).

BHRT will stave off the brain fog, vaginal dryness, thin tissues of the introitus and vulva areas, provide cancer prevention, maintain/boost libido, put spring in your step and provide many other benefits.

Many physicians provide hormone replacement therapy. However, I have found that BHRT practitioners generally are more comprehensive in their approach. Don't expect an overnight remedy. It generally takes 6 months to a year to get women's hormones properly dialed in.

If it is your desire to kickstart your sex life, you may also want to consider the O-Shot.

Unfortunately, areas that have never had hair remain a challenge for regenerative medicine. I have had some success with PRP and certain types of exosomes. However, it has not been consistent for this type of problem.

You may want to consider a FUE hair transplant. There are many providers on RealSelf that provide NeoGraft and SmartGraft treatments. 

To obtain a successful brow lift I would not go with filler. You would likely be happier with a PDO thread lift. The MINT system will likely provide the longest term benefit.

Providing there are no other conditions that would be a contraindication, you're good to go! This would be a very beneficial treatment for you. The procedure does not treat the cervix, only the vaginal wall.
