Yes, you can massage your scar after microneedling. I recommend following up with your Doctor about after care and skin care recommendations. You can massage your scars immediately after your treatment. Microneedling using your own PRP works very well for scars. First of all I recommend the microneedling be done by a an experienced physician because scar correction needs to be done deeper and the esthetician is not allowed to perform deep treatment.
