What do I use for radio-frequency conduction after micro-needling?

I do micro-needling at home with a hand held. I would like to add radio-frequency treatments (hand held as well so not very strong) right afterwards, but I don't want to use ultrasound gel for a conductive gel, as it is not something I want to get into my broken skin. Can I use my own serums such as hyaluronic acid, copper peptides, vitamin c, etc for conduction with the RF?
