Is microneedling without PRP still effective? What product can be applied if my skin does not react well with a vit C serum?

Yes, microneedling can still be effective. I recommend following up with your Doctor about after care and skin care recommendations. PDT therapy can improve inflammation. We suggest all patients follow up with facials like Silk Peel Dermalinfusuion to hydrate, exfoliate and provide the skin with antioxidants. Yes, I have seen good results with regards to surgical and acne scarring using microneedling with and without PRP. I do believe now that PRP does help reduce downtime after the treatment as well stimulate additional collagen production, the latter helping to optimize microneedling results. 

Hi luke glanton,We usually apply medical grade moisturizing and repair serum (Sente Dermal Repair Cream) during treatment. Afterward, we apply a calming treatment. Some patients reported good results wit TNS serum. Microneedling works with or without PRP - just faster when you use the latter.One reason that some skincare don't work is that these were applied too soon after microneedling.
