Hi! I had my open rhinoplasty almost 1 year ago, 43 weeks to be precise. My nose has still some swelling left by my question is, is it safe for me to skydive from an airplane? Thanks for answers!

From the appearance of your tip in the photos, I would consider apposing the alar cartilages to create a single tip light reflex as well as using fascia as a camouflage under the very delicate and thin skin. A closed approach would be appropriate.
A septorhinoplasty can be done to straighten your septum and narrow and define your nose including the tip. Consult with a rhinoplasty specialist so you achieve a natural result. I need to see a better picture of your upper lip with a frontal and profile view to address that concern.
You should be evaluated in person to see what is going on. You wan to make sure you do not have a septal hematoma. In the acute setting, if the nose is displaced, it can be reset and often centralized.
