Restylane generally lasts 1+ year under eye the first time it is injected. Repeat injections tend to last longer. Technique and exact position of the filler also matters.

Restylane injection in the tear trough region works very well and may last up to 12 months depending on the depth of injection and the amount injected.  Injections in this area can be tricky and must not be superficial as it will result in an unsatisfactory result.Hope that helps.

The lower eyelid region (tear trough) must be very carefully injected in order to avoid serious complications. See an experienced eyelid specialist for your treatment.
